Caitlin Chandran MSN, APRN-FPA, FNP-BC has 13 years of nursing experience with the last 8 of those years being a family nurse practitioner. She graduated from UIC in 2013 with her Master of Science in Nursing and moved to Grayslake to start her career in 2014. Caitlin is committed to taking the best care of her patient's whole self. She is kind, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her patients feel comfortable. Caitlin is fluent in medical Spanish, having taught herself on the job with a largely Hispanic patient population over the past 8 years. Caitlin is able to take care of individuals of all ages and can provide full primary care services. In her spare time Caitlin loves growing her vegetable and fruit gardens, caring for her 45 English rose bushes, snuggling her 4 cats and dog, cooking, and raising her two beautiful children with her husband.

Annual wellness exams and routine physicals offered. Orders for mammograms, colonoscopies, Dexa scans etc available as well. I can do your pap here if needed/preferred. I unfortunately do not have vaccines.
